with Dynamical Neurofeedback®.
Feel calmer, stay present, and respond instead of react.
What is Dynamical Neurofeedback?
We all get stuck in patterns—looping thoughts, restless nights, snapping at people we care about, or feeling on edge for no clear reason. Sometimes, those patterns start to feel like they’re just… who we are.
Dynamical Neurofeedback with NeurOptimal® is a brain training system that gently helps your brain notice what it’s doing and shift into a more flexible, balanced rhythm.
It doesn’t force change or require you to do anything. Through tiny pauses in music, it gives your brain real-time feedback—and your brain does the rest.
Over time, old, unhelpful patterns loosen their grip, and your system begins to reorganize itself toward clarity, calm, and connection.
It’s subtle. It’s science-based. And it can be surprisingly powerful.
How Can It Help?
You don’t have to talk, perform, or “make it work.” Just relax, listen to music, and let your brain take in what it needs.
Everyone’s experience is unique, but some of the shifts people often notice include:
-
Feeling calmer and more grounded
-
Reacting less to stress or conflict
-
Sleeping more deeply
-
Thinking more clearly
-
Feeling less overwhelmed
-
Experiencing a greater sense of balance day-to-day
How Many Sessions Do I Need & How Long is Each Session?
Each Neurofeedback session lasts about 33 minutes, with a little extra time at the beginning and end to get settled. Most people plan for around 45–50 minutes total in the chair.
Because every brain is unique, the number of sessions varies from person to person.
Some people notice subtle shifts after just a few sessions, while others choose to come regularly over weeks or months for deeper, more lasting change.
There’s no “right” number—you’re always in control of how often and how long you continue. Many clients find benefit in starting with 1–2 sessions per week and then adjusting based on how they feel.
What Can It Support?
NeurOptimal® isn’t a treatment or a diagnosis—it’s a supportive tool. It offers your brain the space and information it needs to gently reset itself, in the way that’s right for you.
Stress & Overwhelm
When your nervous system is always “on,” everything can feel harder than it needs to be. Sessions help dial things down—so you can move through life with more ease and clarity.
Relationships
When you feel more regulated inside, it’s easier to meet others with presence and patience. Many people notice they’re less reactive and better able to communicate—even in the hard moments.
Productivity & Focus
If you’re feeling scattered, foggy, or stuck, Neurofeedback can help restore mental clarity and support follow-through—without having to push harder.
Entrepreneurs & Creatives
Running a business or bringing a vision to life demands mental bandwidth and a regulated nervous system. Neurofeedback can reduce mental clutter, help sustain focus, and support creativity, intuition, and decision-making.
Physical Performance & Recovery
Whether you’re an athlete or simply active, supporting your brain supports your body. Many clients notice faster recovery, better coordination, and improved focus under pressure.
Addiction Recovery & Habits
Breaking free from addictive patterns—whether related to substances, behaviours, or habits—requires both mental clarity and nervous system regulation. Dynamical Neurofeedback can gently support your brain in letting go of rigid, stress-driven patterns, making space for new, healthier responses.
Neurodivergence
For those with ADHD, autism, high sensitivity, or sensory processing differences, sessions can offer gentle support for regulation, focus, and ease—no masking, no performance, just you as you are.
Wondering what a session looks like?
You'll settle into a confortable chair while small sensors are placed lightly on your scalp. From there, your brain takes in the gentle feedback it needs - no effort on your part, just space to breathe and be. Once you're settled, your practitioner will step out and give you quiet while your session runs.
