Counselling for ADHD
Whether you know you have ADHD or you think you do, we can help.

Our Approach
ADHD is becoming more commonly understood and discussed thanks to society’s improved openness in addressing mental health and reducing the stigma. Maybe you have received a recent diagnosis, or you have had a diagnosis for a long time but you are more aware of how ADHD, or ADHD-like symptoms might be impacting your life now.
Our counsellors understand that ADHD can look very different from person to person, and that does not negate the challenges you face. There are also some common experiences among men and women who have ADHD including Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD), low self-worth, over-thinking, challenges with emotional regulation, and difficulty in relationships.
There has been a recent wave of adult women being diagnosed with ADHD because their symptoms were “missed” during childhood. We understand this comes with a lot to process, and we can support you in processing and reframing your experiences.
We are here to understand your unique story and experience with ADHD. Our counsellors can help you identify and heal from the wounds you may have partially due to your neurodivergence. It’s not your fault that your brain works a little differently, and there are more people who share your experience than you think.
