About Me
When meeting with clients my top priority is to make sure they feel safe and supported. I have a warm and genuine approach to counselling, and I will meet you right where you are. I will support you in processing what has happened to you so you can find healing. Through this process, I also will work with you to identify and change patterns in your life that are keeping you stuck. You are the expert in your own life, and I truly believe that we all know more about what’s holding us back than we think we do.
In therapy with me my clients can achieve: A calmer and more present state of being, increased self-confidence, a greater ability to trust themselves, a stronger sense of identity, more connection in their relationships, increased ability to cope, and the ability to identify and change negative personal and interpersonal patterns.
